Pay range: $17 – $18

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payroll for employees using ADP payroll software
  • General A/P Duties including invoice coding and allocation,  cutting checks, and balancing GL accounts
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed
  • Assist with year-end accounting such as 1099 reporting, expense reports, budget preparation
  • Preparation of invoices for outside storage reports
  • Writing up miscellaneous deposits and taking them to the bank

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role
  • General experience in an A/P department
  • Proficiency in using ADP or similar system
  • Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating and formatting excel worksheets
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
