In 2020, you recommended that I have a SenoBright exam since I have dense breasts. I had it done in October and you stated that it looked like cancer. You were absolutely correct.
I had a bilateral mastectomy at Mayo Clinic the day before Thanksgiving and I feel that without your recommendation of SenoBright, the cancer would not have been discovered as carcinoma in situ at Stage 0 and I may have ended up with invasive breast cancer.

“Dear Dr. Keller,
I wanted to share with you a totally wonderful experience I had with your staff Victoria and Haley.
I was scheduled for a parathyroid test and was extremely anxious and these two ladies did everything they could to calm my fears. They even took me into the room to see the machine to show that it was open, unlike an MRI that had caused me major anxiety two years before.
I am a 3rd stage colon cancer survivor from 2004 and I know the value of testing but it still makes me anxious.
These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as much as possible. I truly felt they genuinely cared about me and that I was not just a name on an appointment.
I conducted seminars in customer service for Penn State’s executive education department and if I was still working, I would be using Victoria and Haley as examples of the epitome of customer service. They are true problem solvers and empathize with their patients.
Please let them know that while I had the test in early February, I lost the card with their names and just recently found it again. So, my delay in writing you does not diminish the gratitude I have for them. Thank you.”

“A patient called to schedule an appointment and Tywanna received the call. She noticed the patient becoming increasingly confused and disoriented as she talked. Tywanna said she immediately knew something was wrong. She called 911 and asked if someone could do a well check. EMS went to check on the patient who was having a stroke. The same patient came in for a biopsy and shared with Jan that she had a stroke recently, while on the phone with Tywanna. She said Tywanna’s recognition of a potential acute problem and activating EMS likely saved her life. Great job Tywanna!”
