Cathrine Keller, MD
President Emeritus, Lake Medical Imaging

Dr. Cathrine Keller received her medical degree from the University of Chicago, served her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where she was also the Chief Resident, and came to Florida for a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. From 2005 to 2023, Dr. Keller served as the managing physician of six Lake Medical Imaging Centers, which are accredited and designated by the American College of Radiology as Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Excellence.

Lawrence N. Tanenbaum, MD, FACR
VP & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Lawrence Tanenbaum is the past Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Director of Advanced Imaging at Radnet Inc. He served as an attending physician in Neuroradiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York and Associate Professor of Radiology, Director of MRI, CT and Outpatient/Advanced Imaging Development. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in the private practice of Radiology at the JFK Medical Center/New Jersey Neuroscience Institute as Director of MRI, CT, and Neuroradiology. Dr. Tanenbaum is a senior member of the ASNR, and long-term member of the RSNA. He is a past President of the Eastern Society of Neuroradiology, Associate Editor for AI for Applied Radiology and the national Clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging Society, and former Editor in Chief of their Journal Vision. He has authored over 100 scholarly and peer reviewed articles on imaging and artificial intelligence (AI) with over 2,300 citations, and has delivered close to 2,000 invited lectures around the world.

 

Blake A Johnson, MD, FACR

Dr. Blake Johnson is a board-certified neuroradiologist and national medical
director for MSCPA, at Rayus Radiology. He serves as National Section Leader for Interventional Procedures and National Medical Lead for the Rayus Regenerative Medicine practice. Before joining CDI in 1997, Dr. Johnson was Chief of Neuroradiology at David Grant Medical Center. He also served as Assistant Clinical Professional of Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Johnson has lectured at national and international conferences on a broad spectrum of central nervous system imaging and spine pain management topics. He is past president of the Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society and a Fellow of the American College of Radiology.
