HR Benefits Coordinator (Full-time)

Job Type:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits billing, benefits administration, and performance management tracking. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee benefits programs, including leave management, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries
Assist employees with enrollment, claims, and any other benefits-related issues
Benefits billing
Assist with employee relations issues as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed
Provide backup for the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews as needed, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office notably Excel (ability to use formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience with ADP is helpful
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ultrasound Technologist (Full-time, Part-time, PRN)

Experience/Requirements:

Graduated with A.S. from an Accredited Ultrasound Program
RDMS registered, RVT registered preferred, but not required
2 years scanning experience preferred
Ultrasound skills including, but not limited to, Abd, OB/GYN, small parts, breast, and vascular
We are seeking a candidate in the immediate surrounding area

A.R.R.T., Registered in Mammography
